    We reply within one business day to set a time for me to come look at the floor. The estimate is free and there's no obligation, so ask as many questions as you like.

  3. Step 03

    Meet me at the floor

    I come out myself, check the concrete for moisture and cracks, and ask how you actually use the space, because that decides the prep and the product. You get a written estimate that spells out the prep, the product and how long the floor stays out of use, and before work starts we check with your city or county building office and handle any permit paperwork with you.
